Travel Photo of the Day: Tongpen La View Point, India
The Indian Himalayas is full of such stunning views. Located enroute to the Bumla pass on the India-China border in Western Arunachal Pradesh lies this gorgeous high altitude lake. As this lake is located close to the international border, there is not much civilization seen here, but it is blessed with lots of pristine nature and migratory waterfowl. This view was shot in the winter months when there is snowfall and beautiful bright sunny days.
