Maasai Ostrich: The Giraffe of Birds
The ostrich, the largest land bird is quite a sight to see up live. I am a six plus footer and I felt puny in front of it. The Maasai Ostrich dominates the savannahs of Maasai Mara like how the Maasai Giraffe does. When I say this, I am referring to its size. You have see both the Giraffe and Ostrich up front to see what I am saying.
