Pulau Sipadan
Sipadan Island, located on the east coast of Sabah, Borneo is Malaysia’s only true oceanic island. With turtles galore, giant shoals of swirling barracuda and other wonders, the marine life of Sipadan has been hailed by both the worldwide fund for nature as among the best in the world.
Tioman Island
Tioman is a duty free island situated on the south eastern side of peninsular Malaysia. As with most of the islands on this side of Malaysia, diving and snorkelling are the main activities to indulge in. Dive Asia, Tioman Dive Center and Fisherman Divers are some of the dive groups present here to help you plan your diving holiday. There is also dense forests in the center of the island that can be explored.
Pulau Payar
The Pulau Payar is one of those pristine islands on the western side of the peninsula and between Langkawi and Penang. A full day snorkelling trip is the main activity here. This trip takes you amidst the high visibility coral area. Scuba diving is also possible here.
Apart from the above , there are more exotic islands like Perhentian Islands, Turtle Island, Penang, Pangkor and more that are waiting to be explored.
