The Devon Falls is a spectacularly large waterfall that falls on the Colombo – Nuwara Eliya route. This 290 foot stepped waterfall is situated close to the Thalawakele town at an altitude of 1159 m above sea level.
When I was standing at the waterfall view point, it was evening time and I was looking straight into the sun, but still managed to squint my eyes and admire this beautiful waterfall. Tea estates and beautiful tropical forests dotted the surroundings. Since my camera lens was looking straight into the evening sun, the photo has come out super exposed. I somehow hope it does some justice to the stunning waterfall setting.

Lol your right it is over exposed.. depending on type of camera there may not have been anything you could have done. Unless you have manual exposure.

JP, I have manual exposure and could have controlled the amount of light entering my shutter, but then it was not helping me get the picture I wanted.
