I saw these very bright and beautiful pink flowers during my visit to the Himalayan Zoological Park in Sikkim. These flowers seemed to be growing on a sturdy type of tree with equally strong branches. Does anyone know their name (local or biological)?
Very beautiful !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers, man... I would really love to go to the Himalayas and see the for myself! They sure do look beautiful! :) haha Anyway, today I had a big luck and want to share it with everyone - I finally found a way to make cheap calls to my cousin Becky in Australia:

If you're in the UK like me, you can call cheaply to Australia and all over the world! :)
Awesome! I want to visit the temples of Shao-Lin.
ReplyDeleteI've been told that it is the most peaceful place in the world.
That is my childhood dream.
Anyway great pictures.
Thank you!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeletehey...I was searching for pink flowers in Sikkim n came across ur pics....were these taken in nov- dec? or during spring? the ones that bloom in winter are locally called "pun-yun". i don't know their biological name...was in fact searching for the same. and if they were taken in summer...they are most likely peach blossoms...they look very similar...but i'm guessing these are "pun-yun"...
ReplyDeleteI think these pictures were taken around Sep-Oct. Thank you for letting me know the common name of these pink flowers.
