Ramakrishna Beach at Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India

It was an extremely cloudy and humid Monday morning and I was ambling on the fairly deserted Ramakrishna Beach.

Submarine Museum and Ramakrishna Beach, Vizag
This beach is one of the main beaches of Vishakhapatnam and is situated right along the start of Vizag’s marine drive.

Ramakrishna Beach, Visakhapatnam
This beach was surprising clean, even though it is the city’s main beach. Large waves signalling the onset of the monsoons kept crashing by my side during my long walk. Standing on this beach, I could see a hazy image of the entire cityscape, but due to high humidity and bad weather conditions, I wasn’t able to capture it in my lens.

  1. It sure has. Wait for my other photos from Vizag. Some of them are truly mind-blowing. Nature is so beautiful here.

  2. I agree with you. Such places provide quick getaways.

Are you climbing to the top of Rainier or are you going only upto Camp Muir, which most do?

  4. it's always great to have a clean get-away right in the city, going to the beach after work would help ease away the works stresses. thanks for visiting my blog, yes, Mt. Rainier was in our list to go too.
