Tucked away from civilization in the Mahatma Gandhi National Park is the coral island of Jolly Buoy.
The island, in itself is pretty small. One can walk round its perimeter in less than an hour. But, don’t be fooled by such small metrics as this place is ultimately rich in marine life and coral reefs.
Below the emerald waters, a very colourful world of corals and its denizens awaits us. Snorkelling in these waters is a great way of finding this out. Even better if you don your scuba diving gear.
In sum, a true coral paradise in the Andamans and one should congratulate the Marine National park management for maintaining its perfect health.
