Hike by the cliffs of Ross Island

A tropical hiking experience is fabulous in itself. And if it is by a cliff, then it is the icing on the cake.

As I walked on the cobbled path of years gone by, I simply gawked at nature’s beauty by the hiking trail.

The tropical green cover in itself was very appealing to the eye, but when the cover thinned down, it provided me with un-paralleled views of the open seas and rocky beaches.

And, if you were to hold your silence during the hike, then you would notice deer, its fawn and some peafowl staring at you from a distance.

We need to congratulate the Indian Navy for ensuring that this island stays as natural as it can be.
